Our Fit Guarantee

We know how important it is that your dog’s muzzle fits just right. That’s why we offer a fit guarantee on all custom orders, as long as you follow the simple steps below.

What's covered

If your custom muzzle doesn’t fit and you followed our measurement process (including sending us clear photos), we’ll either adjust it or remake it free of charge.

How to qualify

To be covered by the Fit Guarantee, you’ll need to upload clear photos of your dog while the measurements are being taken.
This helps us make sure your measurements are accurate and the muzzle will fit your dog’s unique shape.

📸 The key photos we need:

  • Snout length – tape measure from eyes to nose tip
  • Snout width – across the snout at its widest point
  • Pant height – when your dog is panting naturally

Make sure the tape measure is visible and straight. 

Can I order without photos?

Yes, we can still make a custom muzzle without measurement photos.
This can be a better option for dogs who are anxious or struggle to stay still during measuring. To complete your order, just upload at least one clear photo of your dog (without the tape measure).

Orders placed without measurement photos aren’t covered by our Fit Guarantee.

Rest assured, we’ll still carefully review your measurements and do our best to ensure a great fit, but for full peace of mind, we strongly recommend sending photos if you’re able to.

We check every order

Every set of measurements is reviewed manually by our team. If something doesn’t look quite right, we’ll contact you before we start making the muzzle.

This double-check helps catch issues early and avoid delays or remakes.

How long will it take to make?

Once we’ve received your measurements and photos, custom muzzles are typically made and shipped within 7–10 working days.

Need something sooner? Check out our ready-to-ship standard muzzles for faster turnaround options.

Can I choose more than one colour?

Yes! Select “multicoloured” in the order form and list as many colours as you'd like. Add any notes if you have a specific combo in mind and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Can I reorder the same custom muzzle later?

Yes! We keep a record of all measurements, so if nothing has changed, we can make another.

Will you contact me if my measurements don’t look right?

Yes! We review every order by hand. If anything seems off, we’ll contact you before making your muzzle to avoid mistakes.

Are custom muzzles bite-proof?

Our custom muzzles are designed to be secure and durable for everyday use, but they’re not guaranteed to be 100% bite-proof, especially for strong, determined to bite dogs.

The materials we use are flexible and comfortable, so while they significantly reduce the risk of bites, supervision and a proper fit are always recommended.

Are they suitable for scavengers?

Yes! Many customers use our muzzles to help prevent scavenging on walks. For mild to moderate scavengers, the standard design (especially without a treat hole) offers good coverage while still allowing panting and airflow.

For more determined scavengers, let us know in the order form and we’ll build with extra consideration for coverage and strap placement.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Shipping is calculated at checkout and we deliver worldwide. Please allow a little extra time for customs if you're outside the UK.

Ollie loves his muzzle from Happy Muzzle Co. We’ve tried several over the years, and this one stands out. It’s secure, comfortable, and gives him plenty of pant room. We chose a customised option to get the colours we loved and added the treat hole so Ollie could still carry his favourite toy. The colours suit him perfectly, and it’s super easy to clean.

I ordered a custom dogs muzzle as I have an xl bully, the one he had was no good for him as he had little to no pant room. Found this company through Facebook, measurement gide was extremely easy to follow (the dog on the other hand was not cooperative) filled the online form out to order, again very easy to follow and delivery time was brilliant. I had also contacted the company through Facebook to check that if I'd got any measurments wrong I could slightly adjust the muzzle, they replied very quickly and were lovely to speak to.
