Custom Orders
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on custom orders, as each muzzle is handmade to your dog’s specific measurements and preferences.
Exchanges (Fit Guarantee):
If your custom muzzle is covered by our Fit Guarantee, we’ll happily exchange it to ensure the best possible fit.

Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
All other products, including our standard-size muzzles, collars, and leads, are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
