Production Times: Our handmade muzzles are made to order. Production times shown on our website are estimates and may vary slightly.

5. Custom Orders and Fit Guarantee

Custom muzzles are handmade specifically to your dog’s measurements and preferences. We do not offer refunds on custom orders.

If your custom muzzle qualifies under our Fit Guarantee, we will exchange it to ensure the best possible fit. More information about our Fit Guarantee can be found on the Custom Muzzle product page.

All other products, including standard-size muzzles, collars, and leads, can be returned within 14 days of delivery as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe there is an issue with your payment or details.

If we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
