At Happy Muzzle Co., every order is prepared with care to ensure the perfect fit and finish for your dog.

Processing times

• Custom orders: Each muzzle is handmade to your dog’s measurements. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to be crafted before dispatch.

• Standard orders: Ready-to-ship items usually leave our studio within 1–3 working days.

Delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs & tariffs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

For U.S. orders, all tariffs and import duties are included at checkout, so there are no additional customs fees to pay upon delivery.
