1. Measuring Your Dog
We understand that measuring your dog can be tricky, but don’t worry—we’re here to guide you through the process. If you need a helping hand, feel free to reach out to us for support.
Because our muzzles are made to your dog's specific measurements, the responsibility for getting that perfect fit ultimately lies with you. However, we sense check all measurements received and will raise any concerns if they seem off.
2. Built-In Adjustability for a Perfect Fit
We know that even with careful measurements, a little flexibility can make all the difference. That’s why our muzzles come with three adjustable areas, giving you extra control over the fit and ensuring your dog stays comfortable.
3. What If the Muzzle Doesn’t Fit?
If you’re not completely happy with the fit, we offer an alterations service to make necessary adjustments. Here’s how it works:
• Customer-Initiated Adjustments – If the fit isn’t quite right, we’re happy to alter it, but customers will need to cover the cost of returning the muzzle and the time required for modifications.
• Our Mistake? We’ll Fix It for Free – If the muzzle doesn’t fit due to an error on our end, we’ll make the necessary alterations at no cost to you.

4. No Measurements? No Problem!
Measuring your dog isn’t always straightforward—we get it! In some cases, we can create a custom muzzle without measurements.
For example, if your dog currently wears a muzzle, we can base their custom fit on their existing muzzle while adjusting where needed to improve comfort and security.
