If your custom muzzle doesn’t fit and you followed our measurement process (including sending us clear photos), we’ll either adjust it or remake it free of charge.

To be covered by the Fit Guarantee, you’ll need to upload clear photos of your dog while the measurements are being taken.
This helps us make sure your measurements are accurate and the muzzle will fit your dog’s unique shape.

📸 The key photos we need:

• Snout length – tape measure from eyes to nose tip
• Snout width – across the snout at its widest point
• Pant height – when your dog is panting naturally

Make sure the tape measure/ruler is visible and straight.

Yes, we can still make a custom muzzle without measurement photos.
This can be a better option for dogs who are anxious or struggle to stay still during measuring. To complete your order, just upload at least one clear photo of your dog (without the tape measure).

Orders placed without measurement photos aren’t covered by our Fit Guarantee.

Rest assured, we’ll still carefully review your measurements and do our best to ensure a great fit, but for full peace of mind, we strongly recommend sending photos if you’re able to.

Every set of measurements is reviewed manually by our team. If something doesn’t look quite right, we’ll contact you before we start making the muzzle.

This double-check helps catch issues early and avoid delays or remakes.
